With Honor We Work!

Pre Loading / Pre Discharging Survey

Pre-Loading Survey is a critical step to ensure the safety and integrity of cargo before maritime transport. We conduct thorough inspections prior to loading, assessing cargo condition, suitability of stowage, and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Our goal is to mitigate risks, prevent losses, and ensure the loading process meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Holds Cleaning Control

Holds Cleaning Control is carried out on board during vessel voyage or at anchorage. This service ensures that all residues from previous cargoes, rust, paint flakes, or contaminants are properly removed and that the holds meet the cleanliness standards required for the next cargo, especially when transporting sensitive goods like grains or food products. Our Port Captain stay on board coordinating the holds cleaning operation to reach standard grains conditions.

Lashing Certificate

A Lashing Certificate is an official document issued by a qualified marine surveyor to certify that the cargo has been properly loaded, secured and lashed in accordance with international safety standards on FR Containers and / or MAFI's. This certificate ensures that all securing methods are adequate to prevent movement or damage during transportation, especially in maritime conditions. It provides assurance to shipowners, charterers, and insurers that the cargo handling complies with best practices, reducing the risk of accidents or losses at sea.

On / Off Hire Bunker & Conditions Survey

The On / Off Hire Bunker & Conditions Survey is crucial in charter party agreements to document the vessel's condition and fuel quantities at the commencement or conclusion of a charter. Our team conducts comprehensive inspections to verify the state of the vessel, assess bunkers levels, and identify any damages or deviations. This ensures transparency, prevents disputes, and provides a clear baseline for both parties involved.

Bunker Quantity Survey

The Bunker Quantity Survey ensures accurate measurement of fuel (bunkers) on board a vessel during bunkering operations. Our experienced surveyors oversee the entire process, including sounding the barge tanker before and after bunkering, to verify quantities and prevent discrepancies. This meticulous approach safeguards against disputes, ensures transparency in fuel transactions, and guarantees compliance with contractual terms.

Port Captancy

The Port Captancy service provides expert supervision and coordination of cargo operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational standards. Acting as the shipowner’s or charterer’s representative, we oversee loading and unloading processes, verify stowage plans, and address operational challenges. Our goal is to optimize turnaround time, minimize risks, and ensure smooth port operations.

Holds Inspection

The Holds Inspection Survey ensures that the cargo holds are clean, dry, and free from contaminants or residues that could compromise the quality of the cargo. We perform meticulous inspections to verify the suitability of the holds for the intended cargo, ensuring compliance with industry standards and charter party requirements. This service minimizes risks and guarantees the safe transportation of goods.

Draft Survey

The Draft Survey is a precise method used to determine the weight of cargo loaded or discharged by measuring the vessel's draft before and after the operation. Our experienced surveyors perform accurate calculations based on draft readings, water density, and vessel particulars, ensuring reliable results. This service is essential for documenting cargo quantities, preventing discrepancies, and supporting operational transparency.
